If your CV has caught the attention of an Akonovia team member, you’ll be invited to a first meeting with our HR manager, Samira Cherbal. You’ll discuss your background, your skills, and your needs, as well as working conditions and expectations related to the position you want. We strongly encourage you to prepare your questions for this meeting because, the truth is, you’re also interviewing Akonovia 😉.
At the end of the first meeting, the HR manager debriefs with the team. If your profile is the right fit for our needs and you tick all the fundamental boxes for us, you’ll be contacted for a second interview. Otherwise, if we decide not to continue the process with you, we’ll also let you know. We’ve all been there before, and we want to make the process enjoyable and respectful for everyone. Regardless of the outcome of Step 1, Akonovia promises to send you an answer within 72 hours of the first meeting.
Philippe Hudon, Akonovia president, and Samira Cherbal, HR manager, will be present for this second meeting with you. It’s structured like an informal discussion, and the idea is to dig deeper into the points covered in the preliminary interview. Once again, our objective is to select the candidate who, in our eyes, will best embody our values and be able to flourish in the AkonoTeam.
At the end of meeting 2, the team debriefs and informs the candidate of their decision. The 72-hour commitment still holds at this stage.
